I think that the acquisition must be off until after the share buyback.It makes no sense to spend cash buying your own stock if you would want to buy somebody elses. It also makes no sense to reduce numbers of shares and try and print them in a takeover situation.

The second clue that INPR is starting to provide service staff is another clue that the acquisition is off.
