Good discussion guys on the rich and not so famous. I lean both ways. I would love to add a couple of grand and go after them in court. We would probably lose as has been mentioned but might tarnish their names enough to prevent this from happening to other poor investors.

I also agree with the weekly calling of the company to express our concerns. That probably wouldn't cause them to anything other than cover their tracks a little better.

I guess what I am saying is we or maybe I have learned a several thousand dollar lesson.

"I suggest that you call them at 1800-992-9008 weekly and voice your
opinion and put the pressure on them"

Let's take a good look at the kind of people we are dealing with here. They are the kind of folks that would probably gather around every friday to laugh at all of us unknowing investors who call over pizza and beer.
This wouldn't add pressure. This would just solidify in their minds that they are the winners and we are the losers.
As far as a lawsuit goes I would much rather press criminal charges instead of a civil suit. At this point I would rather see them in jail than broke!!! (Although as mentioned before this will never come to fruition since they are a full reporting company)

Thomas, please provide additional details about your discussions with Grable...what did you learn about the state of the machine, testing, future plans? Any chatter other than the emotionalism on this board would be helpful. Thanks.
