I dont know, it possibly sounds like they think that management should not have even mentioned it unless they knew they were going to do it for sure as it has just eaten away at the stock price.

I mean the last time I talked to co. prior to July 7th meeting they were definitely playing it down telling me that there would probably not even be a RS especially if appeal is succesfull etc.
Dont know what to believe.
