Lately, the capital markets have kept us unseasonably busy but I'm back with a Bay Street viewpoint and rumour.

The pursuit of legal action is for real and is arguably justified. It is generally agreed within the Bay Street community that one aim is to encourage responsible postings. In return for the right or privilege to publish material (positive or negative in nature) one could be held legally accountable, as normally observed in the general code of professional conduct.

Having said that, I'd like to point your attention to a new rumour which is the primary purpose of this post:

Drilling has recently commenced in Toodoggone with rumours of an interesting observation made on a core sample on-site. It would appear interesting enough to justify a senior management flight to B.C. this weekend. I'll keep you posted with any new development.
