Hi Zkap; The LPS guys posted a letter from the CSMA attorney and it said Coconino has instructed its transfer agent to stop transfer of the shares and it included the list of shares to cancel. It looks like the transfer agent canceled the shares. Isn't that why the LPS guys are complaining about that they lost their shares? I agree with the others about let the courts decide who is right.

How Bout Something Constructive.... With all the effort put into proving unprovable things over the last few days (I'm guilty too)... Let's go in this direction (or at least hear me out) Why doesn't the collective help MM by calling some of the press in the area to see if they are interested in writing a story about a company that is trying to do something for the environment, by providing a new, sorely needed, disposal well... What's our interest? they ask... Simple: I'm Joe Q. Shareholder, and I am wondering about the need for this type of facility. I invest in these types of businesses and am wondering about their effect on the local economy and standard of living. have you written about such things before do you feel you ever would....etc., etc. Because that is the problem, no one cares what is going on out there besides us. Now maybe these reporters won't care at first. But if we raise their level of awareness that this is going on and one day they get jammed up for a story. Its possible, just possible, that they might go out there and investigate. Or better yet. Is there any environmentalist groups out there who can help us raise the level of awareness and GET A COURT ORDER LEGALLY BINDING THAT @#$%^!! RIG TO GET IT'S %$@$&*# to the site to pour the !@#$%& concrete. If the company is a sham don't you think these individuals would find out.. BUT YOU CAN"T LIE. you can't say it's the next best thing since sliced bread or that you are a cancer patient and the well will save you... YOU ARE INTERESTED AS A SHAREHOLDER AND AN ENVIRONMENTALIST ONLY. Otherwise you are hyping the stock and can get into trouble. I MAY BE NUTS... But at least it might sway us off the current topic... Besides, if you throw enough S---T up against the wall some of it might stick. Wow, its late and I may regret writing this in the morning so....
