Tim,

Many large (and small) shareholders were forced to liquidate much/most of their holdings last November due to margin calls after the stock price fell. I suspect Anne may have been one of them - although, in hindsight, they probably are better off than if they had held and would now be looking at a value of 0.01/share (today's trade).
