Chris,

I'm not a stockholder, but I work in the security industry. Can't help you out the company-specific questions you have, but PM me if you want any help with security-related issues.

Hi again Chris - I'll try to answer some of your questions.

"1.) Do they have contracts lined up?"

They have had some sales but nothing to get that excited about. However, check my post #577. It outlines revenue projections starting in September'98 to May'99.

2.) Do folks on this thread have goals for where the price is going?

I'm sure that we all have our personal opinions, but a future stock price has never been really discussed on this thread. Certicom (CIC-TSE, 10M shares) went from $3.00 to $46.00 in about a year and a half (now at $23.00) and they still only have around $3M in revenues and $13M in losses (all figures in $C). Can Jaws do that? They definitely have the product, they're in a hot sector, etc. - so I'd say they have a great shot at being successful.

3.) How old is the company?

The public company as Jaws started in early April of this year. They did a reverse merger with another BB company. The software has been in development (I think) for about 4 years.

4.) What are the current earnings? (Is JAWZ profitable yet?)

As in Point 1 above, no revenues to speak of. Jaws will be a fully reporting company no later than November 1. They have sent all the paper work to the SEC and are now waiting for a response.

5.) How many shares outstanding?

6.775 Million

6.) How many shares in the float?

My best guess is anywhere from 1.3M to 1.7M

If you haven't been already, you should go to the website (www.jawstech.com). It is full of information including a demo of the software. You should also phone Chris McNeill @ IR (888-301-5297)

There is supposed to be a conference call this Monday at 1:15PM PDT. There is an 800# to phone and you can listen to a live interview with Rob Kubbernus, the president. I will confirm that it's still a go, then I'll post the #.

Talk to you later
