Wait a minute. I don't get it. The RealAudio product obviously works, because lots of people use it. You're telling us it just doesn't work on YOUR incarnation of Windows. Why is that their fault? Mike << Just this week I downloaded G2 and it wouldn't install. I got an error indicating that RealAudio was already running (it wasn't), advising me to reboot and try again. I did, repeatedly, and got the same error. I called Real, they had me delete EVERY other audio and streaming video driver that might have been on my system. The guy had a list of DLLs and EXEs for me to find and delete. I did it obediently. He then had me delete everything in my TEMP directory, "just in case". It still didn't work. They are going to call me any minute now, I am sure, because on Monday they promised they would "get right back to me." I'm sorry. They have no credibility with me. >>
