Ben, I agree. Sterling is not "Dr. Dresnick's Company. It's the shareholders' Company.... Well Janet discovered today in her trip to the Secretary of State's Office in Sacramento that corporate by laws are required by law to be available at a corporation's main place of business in the State and open for public inspection.

That is, your wife's trip over to FPAM's HQ is now a little more important. I agree with your points about the bankruptcy proceeding, but speaking as a cowboy, I say "Let's head 'em off at the pass". That is let's challenge the plan under corporate laws and by laws before we ever reach the courthouse door...

Then we'll have two shots at preventing or ameliorating this miscarriage of law and justice...
