I just read the press release. Conversion at the rate of "up to 15 old for one new share" also increasing allowable shares up to l00,000, all subject to approval at a special shareholder's meeting August 24th.

The last sentance in this release is the kicker! We are no longer pursuing the Phillipine deposits due to difficulties with ownership issues!

What is this company going to do and what resources do they have to accomplish any business plan?

The officer's obviously need additional funds but I fail to see why a share roll back will change anything. They are supposed to have some good prospective exploration properties, what we need to know is how they are going to develop some added values to their portfolio!

I really hate being suckered into these stocks a few days before this kind of news!
