Hey Time Traveler,
you brought up three points. Insider selling, ASP dropping, and Gateway screw-up.

First, I don't give any weight to insider selling.
Hell, Mike Dell has been selling for a long time.
take a look at his sell record.

Second, I don't think the ASP dropping is new news.
That has been known and established for a while, over several quarters. I look at it as component prices dropping fast.

Third, Gateway screwed up. Doesn't necessarily apply to Dell.
Remember, Dell is gaining market share in a increasing pie. Which means decreasing market share for some vendors.

As you can see I am still bullish on Dell. Hope I don't have to eat my words.
