It is supposed to be on NYSE in August..this is just bulletin board trading..my guess is a rogue trader maybe trading it as often happens but I do not know that to be the case. In anycase, it is tough to trade it or get any info until it goes on NY I think. All of this could be wrong but it is my take on the situation.
