As was mentioned before, I think the only thing that will get the stock noticed and moving up is earnings and an ability to grow their revenues. I believe that they would have to sign up new clients on a continual basis to increase their revenues (they could also sell new services). This is because the year-to-year revenues from a client will basically be flat (unless the client continues to increase its shareholder base). So they should be targeting companies with large numbers of shareholders and high growth companies. ...tai
