Interesting contrast between what's been happening and apparently has the full blessing of the SI admin and what's posted as the SI Mission Statement of their front page to attract new customers. Mission Statement Silicon Investor is a virtual company, a network of highly knowledgeable individuals from around the world who are dedicated to discovering the truth and uncovering the best investment opportunities. Financial information is no longer an exclusive privilege of Wall Street and its contingent of analysts and brokers. SI seeks to bring a new financial order to Wall Street... one that benefits individual investors. Doesn't say a word about the abuse serious people have to absorb from people living on the fringe of society but just who happen to be friends? of SI. Unless I'm mistaken, it also has an undertone of sarcasm about it with the choice of words, no longer an exclusive privilege. What the hell are they saying about investment opportunities? The people that seem to plague the BB threads have stated publicly over and over again that they have no interest in being an investor in that thread's security. When evaluated with the potential of all the money to be made with a co-ordinated effort to short stocks being heavily supported by the boards, one has to wonder about the validity of those rumors of SI's duplicity. And also what kind of *new financial order* they're speaking about. Get's more curious when you see people who ask questions like these get suspended or terminated for no other apparent reason. Counting on a balanced investigation by the SEC and/or any authority that can be convinced that something stinks. Curiouser, and curiouser. Go figure. Rich
