<<We could do it the same way that is normally done. from time to time I receive proxy letters that certain large stockholders or directors want me to sign so they can vote my stock. Why couldn't someone get a proxy letter, scan the blank, put it on SI for everyone to copy, fill in and e-mail to Silverman.

Novel? what a blockbuster and immediate reaction.

We could start a trend.>>

Maybe we could provide the form on the internet. They can make a copy of it, and the fax or mail it to an appropriate place. Of course, if CD keeps falling, I may not own any CD to worry about !

The Wall Street Journal reports, in summary:

<<* Cendant's <CD.N> audit-panel members all have ties to the company or its chairman [Forbes], raising questions about the independence of the committee investigating accounting fraud at Cendant.>>

We will be good news starved by the time we get some. This stock could rise nicely on some good news. I hope the preliminary audit comes out good. Hopefully, it will be out within 14 days.

CD: ~ $16.00a
