Roger,

While I can not claim to be an expert on all of this. I have bought LKON from $1-1.21 and did well on it, I have bought FNTN at an average of .33 and did very well on it and I have bought STAX at .84 and did well on it (sold at much higher than currently), and now I own BANY and LTGL and hope to continue the success. So I don't agree that all OTC BB stocks are scams or even most of them. While you mention a much longer list of apparently poor stocks, it has been my experience that with a little patience most of the OTC BB that you can verify truly exist and are valid companies with true and actual products can yield good returns. By verifying the above it seems like I have been able to avoid what you call scams OTC BB stocks (at least so far)...

I agree the outstanding shares certainly have made me question LTGL and Spencer. LTGL press releases are poorly written, their PR is outrageous IMO and the constant story about audited earnings has almost pushed me to the point of selling at a loss. However, I know they have a product and I feel confident LTGL management is not running off to a foreign country with my investment. I believe they are trying to expand into a much larger company and I believe they have made significant progress towards greener pastures and that current long term shareholders have already suffered through the majority of the growing pains.

Can you honestly tell me that you had actually seen products or met with any of the companies management face to face and that they were actually selling their products in the market from all of the scams (OTCBB companies) you point out?

I believe your post is sincere and I do appreciate that as I hope many others do too. I will not keep banging my head, nor do I feel that I have even started to at this point, but we each have our own perspectives and our own limits.

When a Reverse Split is implemented (THIS IS IMPORTANT!), if the past starts to repeat itself I will at that time immediately move on. Hence you now know the point where I believe this company becomes a scam. If this does not happen and earnings are truly any where near where LTGL has publically stated they are, we will all be in fat city (did you factor this possibility in to your equations?).

Once again thanks for your post. My average price in LTGL is .06 and I have been in LTGL since early 1997. I don't feel this one is a dead duck yet but TO EACH HIS OWN!

" Even IF the lights keep selling....their growth will never match those
of the growth in shares outstanding. Its a race you cant win." ***************** Roger, respectfully, I just don't agree with this conclusion. Many successful companies have taken the same path as LTGL. If they get a big enough share of the market , they will do well. I think you gone from generalization to specific too easily. Enjoyed your post , however, I think it is misdirected. Regards, MAGGIE
