No, the key to this scam is to put out rumors to raise warrant $ and increase insiders stock holdings through a "creative" option plan that gives management more options the higher the stock price goes. Show me one other company that has this creative compensation.

I had heard from the company they did not have an advanced analog product and had not intention of developing one. Has this position changed? If so, what is the source of your information? Either ACTV or WorldGate has an advanced analog solution they are piloting in Texas. Remember, the Colorado Springs SRCM pilot was a separate box analog interactive channel, not advanced analog internet access. Regards, Archer

This sound interesting to me. How does it apply to SRCM??? Interesting link. messages.yahoo.com. Summary below. Yish, You are right about good things to come. I believe we will have a new press release every day or so until Moda launches. At that point I believe there will be press generated by multiple sources. Currently, almost all of MODA's customers are in a nondisclosure. In a couple of weeks who knows but I am told they are saving the best for last. If AMAzon isnt one of the best I cannot wait. Did anybody see the short interest posted? Short interest is up to 490,000 shares. WOW! Are they about to get squeezed or what?! I wonder if they are getting uncomfortable yet? I cannot wait until they start buying them back! Moda has many of the same elements that many of the major internet winners had. Big short, Small float (about 3.5mil), major upcoming media events (Forbes, BW, BYTE, Fortune, WSJ, NYTimes) Who knows who will be next to publish on MODA. I hear H&Q is their banker. Also ING Barings and Furman Selz. My guess is they are going to publish research around the launch. What do you think is going to happen to MODA when they announce deals with AMAZON, YHOO, SRCM, KTEL, Disney, The Gap, The Limited, SAKS, Brookstone, Warnerbros., or the likes. Do you think the stock is going to go down? I don't think so. My guess is the shorts start covering after a major story in Forbes, BW, Fortune, WSJ, or The Times (or all of them). This short covering is going to validate the story and then retail is going to jump all over this stock sending it up 20-50 points in a few days! Bang Zoom! Thats my hope anyway! I think I am right!
