Hello Ken,

I hope that NVID makes it for the sake of the shareholders, and commend NVID management for hanging in there amidst all the stigma and baggage that NVID has aquired, and for trying to bring this company back from the dead. My disdain is for the hype and the hoopla that gets going on this stock, which I agree is not the fault of NVID managment. Remember there are alot more folks out there like the gentleman that broke down on the stand because he trusted "hype" and lost his life savings. My concern has been that this company be valuated based on it's true value and not on pump and dump sheep mania. For example, n*u*m*b*e*r*s and ~financials. Let's see where
they sit financially, what their ability to carry on as a going concern will be, whether there losses will be at least "balanced" with their earnings. Remember that management is not hanging in there as martyrs to "rescue" this po' (poor) company and that they are getting paid attractive salaries so there is definitely "method to
their maddness."

I liked Norma's comments that they are not existing on their good looks. (I trust that Norma will be forgiving that this is not a word for word quote of her comment. Norma knows how to interpret the "gist" of commentary and doesn't punish posters unnecessarily by disecting and scrutinizing every little word and statement painfully down to the bare bone. The "meat" or the meaning often gets lost when some use this method of dancing off on tandems to disuade and distract readers from the central arguments and debate.) Thankyou Norma my friend :o)

nhaynes wrote: "Guess we will have to deal with the past for some time as long as some posters continue to post remarks pertaining to the past." Need I remind nhaynes that it was she that brought up the past with her mention of Arata, and her failure to include some important information regarding Arata being the inventor (etc. etc.)
of the magic potion? I just felt a bit compelled to correct Ms. Right and remind her that sometimes the "obvious" can be overshadowed when certain someones know how to manuever with legal rhetoric,
inuendo and propaganda.

I also am touched (not) by her religious defense of Kerry and BBNS. (Kerry and Bacon Butts News Service.) Who was it that said that "if you don't find them...they find you"? I *totally* LMAO at that one! I am sure that somewhere in nhaynes' "heart of hearts" she is not so naiive that she doesn't realize that Kerry enjoys a little sheepherding with his BBNS and that maybe Kerry might have a little method to his maddness as well. I must confess that I am a BBNS member and enjoy some of what BBNS has to offer, but at the same time-- I am not naiive to the fact that Kerry is in a postion to "un-privately" recommend NVID. (wink)

I am truly sorry that nhaynes and others interpret an attempt at objectivity as "bashing" their company. I would suggest that they toughen up and learn to "debate" in a mature manner without feeling that they can inflict hurt and insult on others, and then capitolize on "playing hurt" themselves. Sometimes sharing a little "if you dish it out... (you better be able to take it)" is good medicine for those who need to learn a little "walk in my moccasins" lessons.

I do want to personally apologize for some of the stinging remarks I have made and would hope that they be interpreted as trying to make a point and not be taken personally.

With this said, I would like to share some "rhetoric" before I take off for the canyons today. It has been so hot and muggy here in Salt Lake that I gotta seek some solace and relief from this heat in the high Uintahs. (You all really must visit Utah sometime, the mountains and canyons are out of this world.)

THE SECRETS OF HEAVEN AND HELL

The old monk sat by the side of the road. With his eyes closed, his legs crossed and his hands folded in his lap, he sat. In deep meditation, he sat. Suddenly his zazen was interrupted by the harsh and demanding voice of a samurai warrior. "Old man! Teach me about heaven and hell!"

At first, as though he had not heard, there was no perceptible
response from the monk. But gradually he began to open his eyes, the faintest hint of a smile formed around the corners of his mouth as the samurai stood there, waiting impatiently, growing more and more agitated with each passing second.

"You wish to know the secrets of heaven and hell?" replied the monk
at last. "You who are so unkempt. You whose hands and feet are covered with dirt. You whose hair
is uncombed, whose breath is foul, whose sword is all rusty and
neglected. You who are ugly and whose mother dresses you funny. You would ask me of heaven and hell?"

The samurai uttered a vile curse. He drew his sword and raised it
high above his head. His face turned to crimson and the veins on his neck stood out in bold releif as he prepared to sever the monk's head from its shoulders.

"That is hell," said the old monk gently, just as the sword began
its descent. In that fraction of a second, the samurai was overcome with amazement, awe, compassion and love for this gentle being
who had dared to risk his very life to give him such a teaching.
He stopped his sword in mid-flight and his eyes filled with grateful
tears.

"And that," said the monk, "is heaven."

Pleasant day all, and as always,
Best regards.
