By Dave Packers own admission I was right about this not replacing the mammogram "Those patients that have a suspicious mammogram would be reffered for a cti examination, the results would be combined withthe mammorgram and other clinical and patient risk factor data" and he also said "under this usage pattern, cti will not replace mammography" right from his own mouth what more do you want. They keep adding sites and can't get enough women to sign up to complete the trials. Why get a mammogram and then have to go get COII test, women are very slow to do it now so why should they then.if the COII test would replace a mammogram then they would but why have to have 2 test.that 2 man brokerage and the holt's have been saying the trials would be through ever since last fall but the women just don't sign up real fast for both.Dave said in his own words "usage as a standalone-prescreening device would require additional study beyond our current trial" that means they have to go back to the fda and go through another 1-2 years of clinical trials to get approval to replace the mammogram.women don't want both. Daves letter said "it is difficult to determine how much information an investor legitimately needs" each time you read Microsoft's 10Q or 10K you get a lot of info, you can call and actually have someone answer your questions. COII has an answering machine and doesn't even call you back.they have to protect their technology but not letting people know what is happening with the organization is different than the technology. the quite period says they can't make forward looking statemnets, that doesn't mean that they can't tell you what has already occured in the past. if Microsoft had a problem with TRw then in would be in the 10Q $ you'd know about it, that's the law. the are using this forward statement think to cover up what is going on, they are living on a shoestring and actually out begging for $5 million to keep going."Iexpect the next few months will prove to be very exciting" sure sounds like a forward looking statement to me. I guess you can make a forward looking statement when you want to get keep info the shareholders showed know away from them if you want. COII still has to go through more trials to replace the mammogram and while they are doing that somebody like GE can see what they're doing and catch up with them. COII can't patent the infrared camera that's already been done. they can't patent the computer that's be done.they can patent there table, big deal it's a table.they can only patent or copyright there software with it's alogrithms.COII has said they know the competition will catch up in 18-24months just ask them if you don't believe me, they've said it.that 18-24 months is what they will need to go through the new fda trials to get approval to replace the mammogram.the big guys will have time to catch up and compete before they really get going. I notice Dave didn't mention how they are going to get the $200 million they estimated they need to start making the machines. they can't even get ambient to give them the 7million yet let alone have somebody give them the $5million there begging people for. how are they going to get $200million. if you can't build a machine how can you sell it. they talk about there major capital investors supporting the companies operations, that's a joke, look at the registration statement. there major supporter is David Johnston the chairman it's his own money that keeps them going nad he has to or they would lose everthing. have any of you read the thing.they can't get others to invest there money because they know this thing is still 2 years away from really being able to get into the hospitals. have any of you looked at the insiders filing to sell stock there not stupid they know the price is up on hype and the stock isn't worht this price now so they're selling. insiders aren't stupid about what's going on inside the company you know. buy low sell high. They talk about meeting current operational needs, that's a joke if you lay people off at TRW and can't continue paying the hospitals to keep the trials going then you are meeting operational needs because you have cut them back to nothing. All of this is the same crap I've heard from Bill Harpster for the last 2 years. he's the broker at the 2 man brokerage I talked about. If you look in the registration statement you will see that he gets paid by the company to sell the stock. he get's paid under the table to do all kinds of deals in IAUS,COII,SGNC and BAAT. He doesn't tell his customers like the SEC says he should that he works for the company and is promoting there stock. I think the SEC would love to know that he tells people that Oprah winfrey is going to help promote the stock and that it will be $20 inSeptember and $100 a year from now. I heard that same load of crap from my friend that is a customer of his 2 years ago, it wasn't true then and it isn't now. I wonder how 'ole Bill will feel when the SEC comes puts the chrome braclets on him and takes him to the bend over hotel. Thermal imaging will be a big deal someday real soon, the big question is can COII be the one to beat the big guys to the punch. You may not think I beleive they can because I do, but it is not the cake walk the hypesters tell you it going to be. They are still another good 2 years away from the po9int they can get the FDA approval to replace the mammogram and find the $200 million they need to get of the ground. the company has a market capitailization of $90 million that is totally rediculous. look around and you will see that there are companies with real live good earnings with smaller market cap's. we are in a speculative bubble in the stock market just look at the internet stocks. the bubble will busrst and everyone will realize that COII has been run up in a specualtive market by alot of hype that doesn't match up with what they are really doing. by the way Profiteer nice hatchet job on Gwolf,I know from the SGNC thread that you know him personally so I can't understand why you first you attack him and then you say that if he doesn't come back life will go on, with friends like you he certainly doesn't need enemies. And Prospector and General J it looks like from SGNC you know him to but you sure where ready to climb his frame when he was just being realistic. I can see why he left when his friends don't even support him just because he won't hype the stock with you, just because he was being honest like he always has. Gwolf was smart enough to see that even his friends where part of the hype and I think he was samrt enough to not want any part of it, but your all so greedy that you can't even see what you did to the only honest man on the thread. I know that some of you think I'm here to short the stock then why where you stupid enough to include Gwolf with me if you thought that's what's going on. It's because you're all hyping the stock just to amke a buck. Gwolf keeps saying look at the long term and you're all talking about the stock going to the moon right now so you sucker punch him because he was honest, what a great group of friends, sell him out just so that you can make a buck. That's what happens when the greed overcomes reality. Why don't you do what he told everyone to do, do some real research on the comapny for yourselves.I did and I found out that there is a lot of potential reward but thjere is also a lot of current risk.I know there are a lot of typing errors in this post but I'm not going to take the time to correct them, like Profiteer says life goes on.
