To All
For the record I had stated that a settlement would be negotiated by the end of July. This was from information passed on to shareholders at the AGM However I can not see how this will happen taking into account the state of the Kazakhstan government and their economy. Eurobond sales will not take place until the fall oil revenues are down etc. The Kazakhstan government is broke, any extra money will be used to purchase grain for food as the crops are well below the projected estimates. Dundee must have rolled over the loan, who knows what that will cost the company. I am not negative on the company but we must wait longer perhaps 6 months before we will see any movement Just my opinion
Regards
Klaas
