Riley repeatedly told certificate holders NOT to send their certificates to DLJ. What he did ask for is that shareholders with their shares in street form have them transferred to DLJ.

And I still say that this is one of the few ideas Riley has presented that has any merit.

But alas, the bickering between shareholders has prevented any action.

I don't think Thrasher was "lying". I think he merely misunderstood the DLJ issue and wondered about the inaction of RMIL shareholders to take matters into their own hands and uncover any possible short position.

As for certs... y'all got 'em and you might as well keep 'em. There is certainly little value in selling them at this price.
