Your analysis is well taken and correct. In my talks with the lawyers involved in this case, they agree that this company was ill run. The focus was scatter gun and the various players at the top all had their own agendas. Victor was a good move but I'm still confounded by Vega debacle. Where were the lawyers when this contract (scam) was signed. All that is history-let's hope these new people are more adept in running a company.
