They are a very strong presence here in Omaha. They have been acquiring businesses of late which has been poorly reflected in the earnings. The good news with this is they have been maintaining around 0 earnings without going too negative. Recently insiders have been buying but no in large quantities. They are currently selling at 2X book value. I have not heard of any layoffs lately so they are cash flowing their payroll without much difficulty. Generally speaking I'm not hearing a lot of negatives from the people I know working there. If they stop expansion and start concentrating on earnings and the shareholders it could be very good. They have often been rumored as a takeover (but I believe now this is a lot of hot air). There are a lot of shareholders in at $9 and $12 that I know. I'm looking for this to be back to the $9 to $12 range within a year. Scott
