I assume that you are saying that MRVC writes off too much of their acquisition and restructuring costs in order to show greater profitability than is "real". I will investigate this ... are you referring only to the Xyplex purchase? You did not respond to the question about product ... why do their sales keep growing at 40% for 7 years if they have "no product"? And why do the owners not take more salary and sell more shares? And why would anyone lend them over $100 million last month if the accounting is suspect? Please share your facts and thoughts in more than one liners, Mr Pink. ** David
