Just downloaded with Internet Explorer v3 after downloading it 2 times with Netscape 4.04. It works now! Amazing.

I download at least 3 zip files per week, sometimes more that 40, and have never had a problem with Netscape 4.04.

The size of the correct file is: 201,611. The size of the not working version is: 202,436.

Its another Microsoft conspiracy - with Netscape, i got a zip file error, but using MSIE to save the file to disk, it indeed works when I run the "update database" utility.

SO, if you have MSIE also, use that browser to save the file as .zip
