With one account alone (was it GTE- I can't remember), TSIS said in a press release that margins would approach 70%!!!!! While 16% is a healthy margin, I would expect (on the basis of the one contract - which was also one of the largest revenue earners) a margin of closer to 40%. If $8 mil is your figure (go figure!! LOL), then that implies an income of $20 million, or 320 names. However, I think that $5,000 per month is also a bit low. I'd raise it 50%. This puts the list at 240. Still short of that #....but alot closer than 800.
