I think leasing made a lot more sense ten years ago, when average box went for $3 to $5k, than now, when they go for $1k after 40% general inflation. Now the paperwork must cost more than the box itself.

CNBS is not being too nice to GTW in comments this morning. Down on instinet by 2 3/4, Lehman and Pru downgrade but Solly upgrades . Solly must have the job of dumping the Waitt family's holdings. -g-
