Skip ... You are right about them buying back shares. Spoke to Scott and was told that they are planning on implementing a buyback program. They feel the stock is grossly undervalued here. I do not have the particulars as to how many or exactly when. But I was told that an announcement will be coming out in the near future about the share buyback ... when that is, I do not know. Could be next week or next month. But that's the plan. For all I know they could be starting now, ahead of the announcement (can they do that?) so that they can get them back at these low prices.

But ... this is great news. The company has a lot of confidence in their stock and will be buying their own stock back . This will also help reduce the float.

Skip- I agree wholeheartedly, a share repurchase announcement would help tremendously.

Also, has anyone listened to Don Cameron's latest (7/17) report? Things really seem to be going well.

Apparently we should be hearing about closing the NASDAQ deal any day.
