I agree that the in the money ones look better, and that the 45 seems to be a likely near-term price based on the technicals, but my options strategy is the following:

Calls - 2 months out and a strike of 10 points higher than the current price.

Puts - 2 months out and a strike of 10 points lower than the current price.

Think what you will, but so far it has worked somewhat well. Of course, it helps when the technicals look good, which is why I have not dabbled in MO's options at all. I agree with others that the LEAPS look good, but I am not sure how to play MO short-term options.
The problem I've run in to with MO is that everytime the technicals seem to be getting better, some bad news breaks and the stock falters.
