so what you are saying is at current production levels, we have 11% DRAM over capacity. However, if all of a sudden the demand jumped up 20%, these idle fabs can then add XX% to production. If they, as an example, add 9%. Then we are at equilibrium. On the other hand, if they ramp up and add 20%, then we have another adjusted DRAM over capacity number? Seems to be a screwy way for reporting on the same thing.
