James, These are PLANNED sales, not sales. The persons involved are former Pacific Baja execs. If you pan down the list they have been submitting planned sales all year and have not sold yet. IR states that these persons got large tax liabilities as a result of the sale of Pacific Baja, and may need to sell some shares to pay their taxes. The fact that they havn't sold them yet is encouraging to me, i.e., they need to sell, but are not - probably because they think they can get still more for them. Just IMHO. Regards, Dave
