Joe, I am not sure how I missed this part, but your right, on page 13 lower RH side we read:

DCI owns 60% and Datawave 40% of the new company, which combines all of the existing business of CardCaller Canada subsidiary with Datawave's Phoneline subsidiary. It's annual revenues of more than 10 million (CDN) represent control of 40% of the Canadian prepaid phone card market, twice that of it's closest competitor.

So not only do we have to reduce the 10 million figure I originally posted by 60%, we also have to convert to Canadian $$, so the actual contribution is less than 6 million. I guess it doesn't much matter to me exactly which divisions contribute the most so long as the total reaches our 100 million target. (G) But thanks for the correction.
