Press release from last year said they had contract with lucent to
place 25 people with Lucent, did they sucessfully fill those 25 employees?

That would make sense, since AOL is headquartered not too far from these guys in Dulles. Lucent is in New Jersey. I would figure these two big players would be on INFE's sales hit list.

If they were to announce contracts to these guys and this stock doesn't move, I'm not sure who the heck else would qualify as a big contract. Maybe God is in need of some IT support. :-)
