John, NAVR underwriter analysis stated that there should be a Net Radio spin-off. They valued NAVR at 6 to 7 with Net Radio and 8 to 10 without Net Radio. The underwriters view is that Net Radio's expenses are eating the profits of NAVR's core wholesale business. It makes sense then that NAVR should separate the two.

With Net Radio doing its own IPO as soley an Internet offering, it will get the financing it needs from the offering, without bleeding NAVR's core business. NAVR will return to profitability and hopefully pay down its debt and clean up its paper.

Once the companies finances are cleaned up, then an analyst can value the two separate companies.
