How many of these lines are in the three metros InfoSpeed is currently offered? I would bet less than a third.

I agree that ISPs are key. BEL has to make it worth their while. I don't know if they can/will do that.

Curr Liab down $2.7mm (yr end liabilities paid in Q1)
Cap ex > depr $1.2mm (Conference Plus related spending)

Total $11.6mm

Not excessive IMO.
