Mandinga: Perhaps. Or, in keeping with eric's brilliant drawings, the tanker has come upon a large, slippery and messy oil slick. Who can tell. A few points. One, it is only now retracing that maniacal one day 17 point spike. Two, it is part of the broader internet/market downdraft. I'm still waiting for 1. Major market correction. This is like a cold. and/or 2. Major sector rotation out of technology. and/or 3. Major Internet correction. and/or 4. Major e tailer correction (3 includes isp's and portals). and/or 5. Major common sense whacking some of these hallucinating analysts and retail investors upside the head on company fundamentals. Today, if we're playing imagination, I'd like to be the slicky-boy MSDW broker who got me into this stock at $140, when I call to kick his a--. LP
