Today when I logged on it said there was an update for IE 4.0>> larry, i assume you were not on windows 95 before windows 98. correct? i also believe the 'update notice' you received was really a function of msft's internet explorer software as opposed to the windows operating system. however we all know how msft is integrating the two of them so they will not be distinguishable from one another.
