I don't know their full names, but I mentioned them as Herzog and Wien to Katherine Robinson at the sec. This is just my opinion, but I think Herzog and Wien are in cahoots. I see Herzog position himself way down on the bid side. Then wien positions himself right on top of Herzog. Then after a few minutes - when they feel it won't look obvious - wien simply removes himself thereby having the bid fall down to the next position which is the rediculously low one that Herzog took in the beginning to set the whole thing up. The same thing happens on the ask side as well. This way they divide up the motions to hide the fact they are simply leap froging the price down without much or any selling. They distribute the "moves" between themselves and hide each others intentions - or so they think. I explained all this to Katherine - and while all this is just my opinion - I'm sure she got the picture.
