jerry,

I see that you acknowledge that you stole private material and that by posting it here you contravened the TERMS OF USE.

You must have a lot of power to retain your privilege to post here despite not abiding the rules like the rest of us. Your sponsor must be quite powerful indeed.

PS. The twist is out of style. You should try something different for a change.

Dear Jerry;

Just a simple request, if you do wish to quote me or reprint my name, at least have the knowledge or ability to spell it right??......but then again, with your journalistic skills,spelling has never been a strong suit for you....aka ( internet advicers ) just what the heck is an internet advicer anyway??

Now, why is it that you only are so selective in what you wish to post, yes that call on $30-60 was made, but again you seem to have taken things out of context, which of course is what you specialize in.

I have not gone back to that post, but I do believe it also was in reference to how the market psychology would react to a clear win for KRY.........do you know anything about market psychology??

Are you now here to say that a market never over reacts or overshoots in valuations??

The other point that purely amuses me is how you now label internet posters as "internet advisors"?? Are you now saying that people that want to discuss or express their thoughts now are internet advisors??

These forums were meant for discussion, each individual had their own responsibility to act accordingly with that information, if people invested purely on what was being said on a forum, then who should the blame fall onto??

Also noticed you have never reposted some of mine that clearly have stated that people are placing a bet on a legal outcome, and only the courts would know the eventual outcome??

Also in the same context, for them to trade accordingly to their own risk tolerances..........guess those posts don't fit into your line of thinking...........isn't that so Jerry??

Your mission reminds me of another time in history, when anyone who spoke their minds were persecuted..............the twisting of information is always suited for the purveyors of that information??

Getting back to my pseuodonym, tanoose as you like to think I was hiding under, if I really wished to hide Jerry, would it have been posted under my profile here on SI.......tanoose is part of my e-mail address,...................you have really impressed me on this one??

Oh, also if you look, you may also see a few of my posts either here or on SH, that explain how I have always felt in regards to posters who use alias, or multiples there of??.......I have always felt that abuse of others and information would be far curtailed if all were required to post under their actual names. this request was also forwarded to the people of Silicon Investor as well as Stockhouse.

I guess they really appreciate the anonymity of posters, as such, that is something you have no respect for, as clearly demonstrated by your actions.

In the end Jerry, remember these words, "those that are your present masters will eventually hang you out to dry".

With regards,Frank
