I don't think so. DEC/Compaq no longer make Alpha. So far
I know they will buy it either from Intel or Samsung. From
the Samsung site, the 21264 are supposed to be in sample
by June but over the usenet groups, no one seems to really
get hold of it yet(at least I never saw a message saying
'look how my 21264 kick butt' type message). And the price
(sample) is on the high side (2500+).

I have read those kind of benchmark long before but these
seems to be estimates not real benchmark.

sure they do and it's called the pass2 at 575 MHz
(of 21264). The expected system availability is October 1998
(entry level servers)
