You will find we like support for statements made here. There have been rumors among the Dell employees that there will be a 3:1 split, but we need more evidence than that. They could be confused by the application for 3:1 increase in shares Dell is allowed to have voted on at the meeting. They do not need to use these shares for a split, however it is likely, based on the past record, they will have a 2:1 share split. The bottom line is, it does not matter. We will all have the same portfolio value.

A 2:1 split is recent history, not 3:1.

3:1 split not as much leverage as 2 times 2:1 splits.
