Have your business partner oversee your examination.. Now who the hell set that up?
Man this is slowly sinking a bit more into the morass.
This company has to do something definitive about this ,, and soon. Or we will all lose a ton more. If they even attempt a cover up /whitewash of some kind ,, I will be the first one out the door and yes, it will be with losses.
i want to see Cendant take strong measures.

Actually WSJ said 4 of Forbes business partners were on the Audit committee - a subgroup of the board charged with overseeing the audit. Implies watchdogs might be LAPDOGS. Some large holders like Hans Utsch of Kauffman Fund disagree, but looking at today's large sales, some folks may have been more skeptical.
