<. This will only happen when volume dries up, and the mm's file the papers with the SEC .>

Not true!!!!!!!!!!

<The reason the papers have not been filed is because the mm's don't want to file them.>

Under US Securities laws Golden Eagle must be current with all, I REPEAT all financial filings before the MM's can file the proper forms to get the stock back up and trading.

BLAME the MM's for how they trade on the "PINKS".

BLAME GOLDEN EAGLE INTERNATIONAL FOR BEING ON THE PINKS.

a very reasonable assumption. In a conversation with the sec they indicated to me that a filing with them was not necessary, that all which was required is that a completed filing be in house of MM and that it was the NASD which required receipt of document.this would suggest a couple of things.1.That market makers would be required to have a compliance officer in hse same as retail brokerage houses.2.that these individuals and the houses they work for were beyond suspicion of non compliance activities.IMOP a pretty cute set up providing the tax payers of this country a protection of wasteful spending on investigations by another govt agcy
