From SF Chronicle, 7/25/98:

"A federal judge approved a unique settlement of a sex bias case against Smith Barney. Women employees alleged that the were harassed and intimidated by senior male workers who engaged in fraternity-house antics in the "boom-boom room," a basement space in a Smith Barney branch in Garden City, N.Y....The firm will spend more that $15 million on programs to recruit and promote women and minorities."

Smith Barney is a client of Alydaar. Was the $15 million taken from the Y2k funds? What does this mean for Alydaar profits? Did Alydaar posters use to work for Smith Barney? Inquiring minds want to know, especially on a slow weekend.
