True Dr. Epstein. ISON (1.75) as a company has many good things going. The latest acquisitions will better than double revenues and provide a stream of earnings, a cross-distribution network, add'l mfg capability, etc etc etc. All good stuff. SOOOO, the question is warrants or stock. I don't know the answer, so I own both and nibble here and there when the pickin is good. The company is rock solid and has all the things I'm looking for in a micro cap.

Now the warrants: ISONW (.34) (strike $5.80) don't expire until Sept 2001, so we've lots of time. The co. can't call until $14.80 is reached for 20 days, so we've lots of upside potential on the warrants. Admittedly, this is NOT a short-term play, however, this, imo, is a serious profit play for those willing to do a little homework - obviously you have.
