John,
It's no longer a question, but a statement. I think there's a strong personal connection between them. It's more than business.
Leaving it aside, Steve has to clear one thing: Calitalk is EVERYTHING. Current management of Oilex are bad. A bunch of couch potatoes guarding a grave yard. Not only that, I now see that they got paid with shares. Does anyone want to tell me that this would not increase dilution and invite more short selling? There's a lot of things we, as INVESTORS, who have the guts to plunk any sum of money into those man@&*ks in exchange for "great" returns over the past 2 years, don't know.
If Califtalk wants change, he has to look for other people. Business is business no matter where you go. You can make money out of computers, or tooth picks, but when you make money, you make money. Management proved for a long time that they don't know how the general system works. And, BTW, long term is NOT 100 years (if you want me to wait, and wait).
My view is that if Califtalk wants, he can easily go to court and lower the amount of shares/kick some members out. The only person I would want to stay is Omar and the secretary. Both tried to help me the best they can at first glance (the longer it takes to answer a question, the more are the chances that he will consult his answer with other "management" guys).
Yes Steve, you know a lot. Now tell me how?
Great weekend to you and all,
Marty
