I agree not breaking that 16 mark was huge yesterday on a technical perspective. Shorts knew about that and made sure that we did not open above that price. Opening above 16 would probably have forced a lot of the shorts in ISIP to cover. I think because of that and because a lot of day traders were all over this stock yesterday and probably some are still getting out today is causing this sell off. The positive technically is that the volume was extremely higher yesterday on that up day than it looks like is going to be on todays down day.
