<<<<While I understand patience and expansion I had hopes of seeing some true earnings and apparently my hopes may be for none.>>>>

EGE,

We have always had two camps on this thread, one yearning for a super EPS and the other going for the sale of the company. Of course down deep we all would be very happy with both. If I believe Joe wanted to be at the helm for a number of years I would also be looking for the EPS. However, I jumped on his train 3 years ago believing this would be his last picture show and I still believe it. I just do see how in a short period of time the company can build an infrastructure that will generate considerable revenues and at the same time produce an EPS that will please everybody. All of this is not to say Joe will not announce next Thursday an impressive EPS for the last quarter because that could happen. But if it turns out that we can not have our cake and eat it too, then I believe we will all be better off with considerable revenues.

Best Regards

Hello Eric,

Cyberfax and DCI UK are and were always startup operations.
Companies do not start producing revenues, let alone eps overnight
and to me, one year is overnight. I don't understand your negativity
in light of all that is going on with this company. Is a growth rate
of one million to 100 million in 2 years too slow? Surely not.

In regards to your dislike of financing through the conv preferreds,
did you dislike them 1.5 years ago when the series C's were issued?
The raising of capital is a necessity for all small companies and
the terms are not like you getting a loan at the bank. JM has done
a superb job of weaving through the minefields of the M&A industry
and I'm not going second guess his financing arrangements as I'm not
privy to those negotiations nor is anyone else on the internet.

I'm sorry you and others find the conv's so distasteful but unless
someone out there has a few mil they'd like to loan the company at a great rate, I suppose we have to live with it or sell......
