Actually, when they say they are buying back stocks, they really do, otherwise, SEC could be knocking on their doors pretty soon. The trick is most of the time, they put couple of stops with huge puts. That's one of the reasons "support" or TA sometime works. Of course, not a whole lot people know where they set their major supports, except themselves. NAZ was testing 1950 but lost it, so did COMS at 28.5. 1900 looks fine so I dont see COMS could test yearly low unless something really bad happens. Just my 2c.
