I am short 10,000 ZAP.

I got the shares from Montgomery. 5,000 on 7/22 and 5,000 on 7/23.

But, shares are hard to borrow, and that was all I could get on each day. I will probably do more, but I think I will wait a while to see how it trades and listen to the conference call.

Short squeeze is a real possibility with this one, especially with the company buying back shares.

Regards,

Archer

Per Message 5302661 today, you are somehow short 20,000 shares at an average price of 23 1/2. Tell us Ken, how can you sell at 24 and 21 5/8, then double up at 21 3/8 and arrive at a short position at an average price of 23 1/2??

All my short orders at various prices did not fill completely and at the time of my posts I thought they would, actually I sold short more at 24 than at the lower prices but keep up the good work it is very entertaining. I would refrain from calling other posters liars this shows a lack of character and I am sure you are a better man than that.

Good luck and good trading
